Terms of Use

Use the site the way it was meant to be used: to find Rust servers. That leaves a handful of things off the table.

• Do not scrape or automate against the site at a rate that degrades it for other people. Requests are rate limited, and clients that ignore that get blocked.
• Do not try to break, probe or interfere with the site, its API, or the accounts of other users.
• Do not use WipeRadar to harass server owners or players, or to promote a server through any means other than running a good one.
• Do not republish the site's data as if it were your own product. Linking to a server page is always welcome.

Everything the site shows about a server is collected from Valve's public Steam server list and from the servers themselves. Neither source is under our control, and both can be wrong: a server can advertise a schedule it does not follow, report a population that flatters it, or drop out of the list entirely.

Wipe times are predictions. Except for Facepunch's monthly force wipe, every future wipe time on this site is an estimate calculated from that server's past behaviour. It is not an announcement from the server owner and it is not a guarantee. Owners change their schedule, wipe early after a bad update, or skip a cycle, and the estimate cannot know that in advance. The Confirmed / Estimated badge tells you how much a given prediction is worth — read it before you plan an evening around it.

WipeRadar is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose. There is no uptime guarantee: the site, the trackers behind it, and the notifications can all be down without notice. We are not liable for anything that follows from relying on the data — a missed wipe included.

Accounts, favourites and wipe alerts are free, optional, and delivered on a best-effort basis. Browser notifications depend on your browser's push service and Discord alerts depend on Discord; when one of them is unavailable, an alert may arrive late or not at all. Subscriptions that keep failing are switched off automatically so the queue does not fill with dead targets.

You are responsible for your account and for the servers you subscribe to. Accounts used to abuse the site may be removed without notice. What an account stores is described on the privacy page.

The site carries advertising, which is what pays for running it. Ads are served by Google AdSense, and their content is chosen by Google — not endorsed by us.

Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. WipeRadar is an unofficial, independent fan project: not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Facepunch Studios, and not connected to Valve or Steam beyond the use of their public API. Server names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the servers they belong to.

These terms can change as the site does; the date at the top is when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version. Questions go to the Discord server — there is no support email address.
